Return Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact InspiredAura before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return condition

Returned items must be undamaged and in resalable condition. Items may be opened, but we cannot accept products that have been used, altered, or returned without the original packaging when the packaging is needed to protect the item.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

 Items that arrive damaged or incorrect should be reported promptly so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
